• Assemble and disassemble laptops and desktops for maintenance and upgrades.
• Perform quality checks to verify repair effectiveness and system performance.
• Conduct performance testing on repaired or upgraded devices.
• Provide expert advice to customers regarding IT devices and repair options.
• Maintain a positive work attitude and deliver quality service.
• Learn and apply new repair techniques through training.
