Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll across APAC countries with external vendors.

• Review reports and assist with payroll reconciliation.

• Support year-end processes, filings, and audits.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries professionally.

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations and regional transition activities across Asia Pacific countries. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, external payroll vendors, and regional HR teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance, and operational support.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced regional environment.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end payroll activities across multiple APAC countries in collaboration with external payroll vendors.
• Validate payroll inputs and outputs, including salary changes, allowances, leave, bonuses, statutory deductions, and others.
• Review payroll reports and support payroll reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate payroll calendars and ensure timely submission of payroll inputs.
• Support year-end payroll activities, statutory filings, and audit requirements.
• Handle payroll-related employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Coordinate leave administration and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Support regional HR/payroll projects, including system implementations and transition activities.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Other ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll and/or HR operations.
• Regional payroll experience in APAC countries is preferred.
• Experience working with external payroll vendors is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
