Job summary

Waters Corporation in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and SAP-based logistics processes for field service and customer needs. You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, manage stock transfers, verify invoices, and collaborate with internal teams, 3PL providers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely product availability.

The role requires at least a diploma in Business or Logistics and a minimum of three years'

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in working with 3PL or Regional Distribution environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is a must.
• Experience in International Trade is an added advantage.
• Commitment expected during quarter end.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Sense of urgency as to objectives and timelines, while maintaining flexibility to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Australia/Malaysia operations, ensuring continuity of logistics and inventory processes
• Ensure inventory accuracy across warehouse locations
• Manage inbound and outbound shipment activities, including shipment monitoring, manifest management, delivery creation, system updates, and exception resolution. Partner with internal teams, warehouses, freight forwarders, and trade operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment, shipment visibility, and timely product availability.
• Convert system-generated purchase requisitions into SAP purchase orders to support stock replenishment
• Coordinate stock transfers and returns, including scheduling courier pickups and managing miscellaneous movements
• Handle enquiries from Sales and Field Service Engineers (FSEs) regarding stock availability and shipment status
• Verify vendor invoices and provide approval to Finance for processing
• Support local purchases and operational needs through SAP transactions
