Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Supply Planner in Singapore to manage finished goods planning for a high-mix-low-volume portfolio. The role requires coordinating with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to meet key metrics such as product availability and on-time delivery.

You will develop production schedules, handle inventory optimization across distribution centers, and escalate risks to Global Planning. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of planning experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain/ Business or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Planning.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently executes supply planning activities for high-mix-low-volume products.
• Drive IBP process with demand planning to develop production plan for Singapore made instruments.
• Develop production schedule by working cross functionally with Supply Chain and Manufacturing while achieving optimum inventory level across the DCs.
• Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, re-allocating materials and changing production priorities.
• Actively engage cross-functional teams and external suppliers to deliver business metrics and drive actions to meet/exceed goals.
• Proactively communicate supply status and potential risks with Global Planning to ensure sufficient finished goods supply.
• Perform daily review of inventory level at the distribution centers and ensure the SAP system deploys inventory effectively.
• Communicate engineering changes to contract manufacturers and maintain oversight of the implementation at CM.

Execute supply planning activities for high-mix-low-volume products. Work with cross functional teams to ensure that key business metrics are met.

Responsibilities

The Supply Planner will be responsible in finished goods planning for assigned business portfolio to achieve target business metrics

In this role, you will:

• Independently executes supply planning activities for high-mix-low-volume products
• Drive IBP process with demand planning to develop production plan for Singapore made instruments
• Develop production schedule by working cross functionally with Supply Chain and Manufacturing while achieving optimum inventory level across the DCs
• Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, re-allocating materials and changing production priorities
