Job summary

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Degree in HR/Business with min relevant 2 yrs of payroll experience.
• Must handle end-to-end payroll cycles and data validation.
• Experience with statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS) and payroll reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end processing of two payroll cycles per month.
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs (new hires, resignations, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions).
• Perform payroll verification, reconciliation and pre-payroll checks.
• Assist in statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS) and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to payroll-related enquiries in a timely manner.
• Prepare payroll reports, payroll journals and reconciliation reports.
• Support HRMS/payroll system migration testing and data validation.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Perform other payroll and HR admin duties as assigned.
