Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a senior payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll for a regional cluster in Singapore. The role requires overseeing accuracy and timeliness while ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements.

You will act as a trusted advisor to HR, Finance, vendors, and external agencies, driving service excellence and continuous process improvement across payroll controls and transformation initiatives.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and controls.
• Excellent analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for a regional cluster, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Serve as payroll advisor to HR, Finance, vendors and external agencies.
• Govern payroll controls, audits, reconciliations and risk management.
• Lead payroll transformation, automation and process optimization.
• Collaborate with regional teams on system implementations and integrations.
• Provide day-to-day coaching to junior staff; support continuity and learning.
