Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, HR systems and online portals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and analysis.
• Ensure timely payroll activities and reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll-related journals and balance sheet schedules.
• Handle CPF contributions, deductions and tax filings.
• Respond to team member payroll inquiries.
• Support cash handling and reconciliation; assist with audits.
