Job summary

The Singapore Resort & Spa is seeking a Cluster Paymaster to oversee payroll accuracy and timeliness across our properties. You will ensure governance, confidentiality, and alignment with applicable standards and local regulations.

Reporting to Cluster Finance and People & Culture, you will build strong controls, resolve discrepancies, and provide guidance to hotel finance teams to maintain payroll integrity across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Ensure the integrity, accuracy and timely processing of payroll across the cluster properties.
• Maintain effective payroll controls and ensure appropriate authorization and verification of payroll information.
• Ensure payroll practices are consistently applied in accordance with company policies, Accor standards and statutory requirements.
• Provide payroll support and guidance to the respective hotel Finance, People & Culture teams and Management.
• Monitor payroll discrepancies and ensure timely resolution with the relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll and remuneration records across the cluster.
• Ensure statutory payroll obligations and reporting requirements are fulfilled within the required timelines.
• Support payroll reconciliation, accounting and audit requirements for the cluster.
• Ensure appropriate controls are maintained over salary payments, deductions, allowances and other payroll-related matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee and payroll information.
• Promote consistency and continuous improvement in payroll processes across the cluster.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management.
