Job summary

Singapore Swimming Club is hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple runs, supporting compensation, benefits, and manpower reporting. You will ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance within a dynamic club environment.

Collaborating with HR Business Partners and HODs, you will handle payroll inputs, audits and system improvements while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• At least 3 years hands-on payroll experience, with end-to-end payroll management.
• Good knowledge of Singapore payroll practices and statutory requirements.
• Experience managing multiple payroll runs, reconciliations, overtime and deductions.
• Exposure to compensation, benefits, salary benchmarking or manpower reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable with payroll data and reports.
• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems; familiarity with Info-Tech HRMS.
• Strong numerical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organised and able to manage multiple payroll deadlines.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with HR Partners, HODs and departments.
• Able to handle confidential employee and salary information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple payroll runs for all employee groups.
• Work with HR Business Partners and HODs to ensure inputs are complete and submitted on time.
• Review salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions and payroll adjustments.
• Perform payroll checks and reconciliations for accurate salary payments.
• Process final salary, off-cycle payments and other payroll adjustments as required.
• Manage payroll-related statutory submissions and audit trails.
• Maintain payroll records and prepare documents for audits.
• Liaise with Finance and departments on payroll and manpower matters.
