Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a Payroll/HR Administrator to manage monthly payroll, CPF/IRAS submissions, recruitment, and HR reporting from its Ubi Avenue office in Singapore. The role involves maintaining staff data, handling work passes, and providing detailed HR reports to management and authorities.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in HRM or related discipline, familiarity with local regulations, and proficiency in Payroll software (preferably WHYZE) along with MS

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in HRM or related discipline.
• Well-versed with local employment regulations.
• Experience or willingness to learn payroll processing (including CPF/IRAS) and HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process monthly payroll and salary advances.
• Handle CPF, IRAS submissions and NS claims.
• Maintain staff data in HR system and manage recruitment activities.
• Prepare HR reports for management and government authorities.
