Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible HR Executive to join our HR team in Singapore. The successful candidate will handle payroll processing, work pass administration and general HR operations, supporting both office staff and employees within the construction environment.

You will manage monthly payroll, verify attendance and allowances, maintain employee records, assist with S Pass applications and renewals, and support onboarding and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to payroll processing.
• Experience handling S Pass / work pass applications and renewals will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances and other payroll-related information.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
• Handle general HR administration, including employment documentation, staff records and HR correspondence.
• Assist with the application, renewal, cancellation and administration of S Pass and other work passes.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities and employees on work pass-related matters.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding and orientation activities.
• Assist with leave administration, employee queries and other day-to-day HR matters.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of confidential HR documents.
• Prepare HR reports and support other administrative duties when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR duties assigned by the HR Manager.
