Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a 2–3 month assignment in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. You will manage the full payroll cycle, CPF submissions, employee benefits, and onboarding/offboarding support, aligning with local HR practices and INFOTECH usage.

Work is 3 days per week, on-site, with a monthly salary up to SGD 4,000 before prorating. This role offers hands-on payroll exposure in a dynamic admin environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling the full payroll cycle.
• Familiarity with INFOTECH preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore payroll and HR processes.
• Meticulous and able to commit to the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle and employee leave using INFOTECH.
• Handle CPF, MOM and other relevant submissions.
• Administer employee benefits and health insurance.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and recruitment administration.
• Assist with general office administration and tax/claim submissions where required.
