Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for a short-term HR/payroll role in Singapore (AMK). The position is 3 days per week for 2-3 months, with a salary range of SGD 2,000–3,000 depending on hours worked.

You will manage full payroll, leave, taxes, and benefits using INFOTECH, and assist with onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment tasks. Requirements include a Diploma/degree in HR or related field and 2-3 years payroll experience, with proven INFOTECH proficiency.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in HR or any relevant field.
• Min. 2-3 years relevant experience in HR payroll functions.
• Experienced in using INFOTECH system.

Responsibilities

• Full payroll cycle (using INFOTECH).
• Leave management (using INFOTECH).
• Submission of relevant information to government bodies e.g. CPF, MOM etc.
• Tax submission / claim submission for childcare - on 1 March.
• Benefits and health insurance management.
• Some office / admin management.
• End to end employee cycle e.g. on boarding, off boarding.
• Recruitment admin e.g. advertise post, arrangement for interviews etc, etc
