Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Part-Time HR Executive (Payroll) to be outsourced to a reputable healthcare organisation in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. The role is up to SGD 4,000 monthly (pro-rated) and requires a 3-day workweek for 2–3 months.

The successful candidate will manage payroll, leave, CPF/MOM submissions, and benefits while supporting overall HR administration and recruitment tasks.

Qualifications

• Relevant HR experience, particularly in payroll processing.
• Familiarity with Infotech payroll and leave management systems.
• Knowledge of CPF and MOM submissions and HR processes.
• Able to commit to 3 days per week for 2–3 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle using Infotech.
• Handle leave management using Infotech.
• Prepare and submit relevant information to government bodies, including CPF and MOM.
• Handle tax submissions and childcare leave claim submissions, where required.
• Manage employee benefits and health insurance matters.
• Oversee general office and administrative matters.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide recruitment administrative support, including posting job advertisements and arranging interviews.
