Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Payroll or Claims processing experience preferred.
• Courses in Business Administration, HR, Accountancy or Finance preferred.
• Strong judgement, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; works well in a team.
• Proficient MS Office; familiarity with data analytics/tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll and claims processing for service partners with accuracy.
• Process salary components: salary, increments, bonuses, AWS, allowances, and statutory contributions.
• Manage exit-case payroll processing and related certifications/approvals.
• Ensure pay transactions are verified and approved by supervisor.
• Bill seconded officers for government agencies as required.
• Perform overpayment calculations and pursue recoveries promptly.
• Prepare Journals and Payment Vouchers per SOPs.
• Provide independent analysis and recommend actions to partners.
• Deliver timely, excellent customer service and address queries.
• Review processes and systems for efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
