Responsibilities

1. Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting;
2. Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
3. Support payroll and benefits processes in accordance with new policies or changes in laws and regulations;
4. Provide payroll reporting and analysis to the finance team and assist with internal and external audits;
5. Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to contracts and service level agreements (SLAs);
6. Develop relationships with authorities, including social security, tax, and others;
7. Partner and work collaboratively with HR business partners and the HR operations team to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years of experience in in-house payroll operation;
2. Hands-on, strong functional knowledge of payroll and tax knowledge in Singapore;
3. Proven track record in providing a high standard of payroll verification and checking skills;
4. Experience in legal and compliance audits in payroll, such as income taxes, statutory social securities;
5. Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Vendor management and project management skills;
2. Experience in payroll system implementation;
3. Highly proficient and excellent communication skills.
