Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore seeks a System Manager for MEPS+ to own operational delivery outcomes and coordinate across engineers, product owners, and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and reliable delivery of enhancements. Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in managing, operating, or delivering complex mission-critical systems.
• Ability to lead incident response at an organisational level and drive post-mortems.
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships and contributing to procurement/contract management.
• Strong experience coordinating release cycles across multiple teams with release-readiness accountability.
• Excellent communication for senior leadership, stakeholders, and regulators.
• Comfortable engaging with engineers and SREs without hands-on depth in every platform.

Responsibilities

• Own operational delivery outcomes for MEPS+ across interbank payments and government securities management.
• Coordinate release management and ensure timely deployment of enhancements and patches.
• Own SLOs/SRE reports; set monitoring requirements and ensure quality alerts.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly patch verification with SRE and ensure compliance.
• Lead incident management framework, including escalation paths and post-mortems.
• Chair vendor performance reviews and participate in procurement activities.
