Job summary

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) invites applications for a System Manager within MEPS+ to own operational delivery across interbank payments, securities management, and domestic market infrastructure. You will coordinate with software engineers, product owners, compliance teams, and vendors to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in managing or delivering complex, mission-critical systems.
• Proven ability to lead incident response and post-mortems at scale.
• Experience coordinating release cycles across multiple teams.
• Strong communication to executives, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement activities.

Responsibilities

• Own operational delivery outcomes for MEPS+ across core platforms.
• Coordinate release management with product owners, development, testing, and vendors.
• Own SLAs, monitor performance, and drive remediation with the SRE team.
• Lead incident management, escalation, and post-mortems.
• Coordinate with compliance and ICT governance to meet regulatory standards.
