Job summary

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a Tech Delivery Manager for MEPS+ to own operational delivery, release governance, incident management, and reliability for Singapore's core electronic payment system.

You will coordinate across software engineers, product owners, compliance teams and external vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery of enhancements, patches and security updates on major semi-annual and monthly release cycles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managing, operating, or delivering complex mission-critical systems.
• Proven ability to lead incident response and post-mortems at scale.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own operational delivery outcomes for MEPS+ applications and related systems.
• Lead release planning and governance during major enhancement releases (semi-annual) and monthly cycles.
• Manage incident escalation, communication, and post-incident reviews with stakeholders.
