Job summary

You will coordinate testing activities with project teams, collaborate with vendors, IT staff, and business users to investigate defects, perform root‑cause analysis, verify solutions, and provide post‑implementation support, all while managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing, preferably in payments (banking or financial systems).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute test cases, and validate test results.
• Coordinate testing activities with project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with vendors, IT teams, and business users to investigate and resolve defects.
• Support root cause analysis, solution verification, and post-implementation support.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively while delivering quality outcomes.
• Take ownership of assigned testing scope and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
