Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a motivated Tester / QA Engineer to join our Singapore team. You will support onboarding of strategic partners and delivery of insurance products via digital channels.

The role focuses on end-to-end system integration, functional testing, and defect management, with close collaboration to ensure comprehensive test coverage and smooth implementations for partnership launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing / QA (1 year minimum).
• Hands-on manual testing, functional and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with defect tracking, investigation, re-testing and closure.
• Knowledge of test automation is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Understand and clarify business requirements with BAs and users.
• Develop test scenarios, cases and data based on requirements.
• Execute manual test cases and manage priorities.
• Perform functional, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Document results and maintain testing records for audits.
• Log, track and manage defects with developers.
• Report testing progress and defect status.
• Support UAT planning and execution (manual & automated).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
