Qualifications

• 7+ years in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field.
• Entrepreneurial and highly adaptable with a track record of campaigns from scratch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Strong knowledge of Southeast Asia and Greater China media landscapes.
• Experience building relationships with business and technology reporters and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and projects while collaborating with internal/external teams.
• Sound judgment, curiosity, creativity, and attention to detail; move between strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Shape Stripe’s regional narrative and tell stories about Stripe’s infrastructure and regional growth.
• Work with users and partners to bring their voices into campaigns and launches.
• Build relationships with reporters and influencers across the region.
• Apply clear, calm communication on high-profile corporate issues when they arise.
• Approach opportunities from first principles rather than relying on familiar playbooks.
