The Operations team handles chargeback analysis, dispute follow-ups, fulfilment tasks, and process improvement

Qualifikationen

Must have a recognised Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous with eye for detail and quality.
Analytical with good verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
Analyse various chargeback scenarios and process chargeback requests.
Handle inquiries and follow up with relevant parties regarding dispute matters.
Perform fulfilment and processing tasks as part of BAU.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of errors.
Support other products and ad-hoc tasks within Operations where required.
