Job summary

Monee SG Private Limited, a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia, is seeking a skilled Payment Operations professional based in Singapore. You will support cash management for domestic and cross-border payments and help ensure timely, accurate processing.

Join a fast-paced team responsible for payment messaging (SWIFT/MEPS), daily reconciliations, and system enhancements for new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Payment Operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of SWIFT/MEPS payment messages and relevant systems would be advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with process improvement or transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Support cash management operations for domestic and cross border payments, including SWIFT, MEPS+, FAST, GIRO and Remittances.
• Ensure payments are processed accurately and within required timelines.
• Investigate and resolve payment breaks, and front operational queries.
• Perform checks and daily transaction reconciliations.
• Participate in operational initiatives, system enhancements and new product implementation.
