JDA WMS Pte Ltd is seeking an ambitious, results-driven General Manager to lead and scale our payments business. In this executive role you will take full ownership of the P&L, drive top-line growth, operational excellence, and long-term profitability in a fast-growing fintech setting.

You will shape strategy, forge strategic partnerships, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and build a high-performing leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related; MBA advantageous.
• Proven leadership track record in senior/general management, preferably in payments/fintech.
• Strong hands-on P&L ownership and financial performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to scale revenues and streamline operations in fast-growth settings.
• Strategic thinking, decisive leadership, and entrepreneurial drive.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the payments business with revenue expansion and profitability.
• Own P&L management including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Identify and capitalize on partnerships and new revenue streams.
• Drive operational excellence balancing scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
• Monitor market trends and lead data-driven strategic decisions.
