Job summary

ABeam Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced System Analyst / Business Analyst to help deliver banking transformation projects. You will review requirements, analyze system designs, and ensure alignment with business goals across Payments, Cash Management, and Transaction Banking.

Collaborate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders to map end-to-end processes, define interface specifications, and support governance, risk, and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years as System Analyst or Business Analyst in banking projects.
• Business-level English communication (written & spoken).
• Experience reviewing functional specs, system design docs, interface specs, and business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Payments, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Corporate Banking.
• System Analyst experience within banking environments.
• Ability to analyze end-to-end transaction flows, system interactions, and dependencies.
• Experience in data mapping, interface specs, and message transformation logic.
• Experience in governance, PMO support, vendor management, and reporting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, functional specs, and system design docs for banking projects.
• Understand banking transaction flows and ensure alignment between business and system requirements.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and issues in project documentation and processes.
• Coordinate requirement and design clarifications with business, IT, vendor, and regional stakeholders.
• Support project governance, progress tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and support reporting on project status and key actions.
