Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a capable Business Analyst to drive payments projects. You will gather requirements with business, operations and system interfaces, and translate them into functional specifications.

Responsibilities include creating workflows and use cases, contributing to RTM, reviewing artefacts with vendors, and providing SIT/UAT support to ensure on‑time delivery and successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to gather requirements from business, operations and interfaces.
• Strong understanding of payments domain, including cross-border payments.
• Experience creating functional specs and RTM artifacts.
• Knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX, ISO20022, and GPI requirements is preferred.
• Experience with data mapping and interface technologies.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering with business, operations & other system interfaces.
• Perform system/functional analysis to facilitate the FRS.
• Create operational workflows and use cases diagrams.
• Contribute towards the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Provide viable solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Review artefacts and solutions with technical teams and vendors.
• Provide SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing support.
• Ensure successful implementation of solutions on schedule.
• Engage vendors and other teams for payments platform development.
• Contribute to end‑to‑end solutioning for new products and training sessions.
• Support post-production issues and advise BAU teams.
