Job summary

OCBC invites applications for a Group Shared Services Intern to analyse payment data, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making. You will gain hands-on experience with Excel, Python basics, and visualization tools while collaborating with regional teams on automation initiatives.

You’ll work with stakeholders across the bank to understand business needs, learn data governance, and contribute to operational excellence in payment operations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Excel and interest in data analytics, Python basics, and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze payment-related data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support dashboard creation and data visualisation for KPIs and operational metrics.
• Assist data extraction, transformation, and dataset preparation for analysis.
• Help define metrics and maintain data integrity across datasets.
• Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
