Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and data analytics.
• Basic knowledge of Python and data visualization tools preferred.
• Able to communicate insights clearly and present them effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret payment transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development of dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to monitor KPIs.
• Assist with data extraction, transformation and preparation for analysis.
• Support data governance by helping define metrics and maintaining data integrity.
• Contribute to automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand business needs and drive data-driven decisions.
• Provide support for analytics projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
