Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking a Business Performance & Analysis Intern within Global Consumer Financial Services to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, analytics, and transformation projects.

You'll support monthly reports for Secured and Unsecured Loans, help with journal entries, UAT for Cards Replatform, and collaborate with finance and project teams while developing Power BI and data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Business Performance Reporting: prepare and support monthly business performance reports for the Secured and Unsecured Loans businesses.
• Performance Analytics: track and analyse key performance indicators to provide insights into business trends and performance drivers.
• Financial Management Support: assist with the preparation of journal entries and supporting documentation for month-end financial closing activities.
• Strategic Projects: support business initiatives and transformation projects that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
• Cards Replatform Programme: assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to support the successful implementation of the Cards Replatform project.
• Process Improvement & Automation: identify opportunities to improve existing reporting and operational processes through automation, Power BI solutions, and data analytics tools.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work closely with finance, business, and project teams to support reporting requirements and project deliverables.
• Ad‑hoc Tasks: provide support on other financial analysis, reporting, and planning activities as assigned.
