Qualifications

• 4+ years of payments experience at a leading technology or payments company.
• Proficient in SQL to query relational databases for financial analysis.
• Experience navigating complex financial systems and solving large-scale technical challenges.
• Strong financial modeling and diagnostic skills to identify root causes of issues.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and driving solutions with clear metrics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across engineering, accounting, and product teams to analyze billions in payment volume
• Translate network specifications into billing models for new and revised network fees
• Influence product strategy to minimize network costs across the platform
• Monitor and maintain fee accuracy through validation, alerting, and stakeholder education sessions
• Automate inefficient operational processes to scale network cost operations
