Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or data science, fintech, payments, or high-growth tech.
• Strong Python/SQL skills with PySpark and large-scale data processing experience.
• Experience designing scalable ETL pipelines and data validations for reliability.
• Proficient in data visualization tools and building dashboards for varied audiences.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data insights into business value.
