Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking 4 Patient Service Officers to support a healthcare project. You will verify patient particulars, documents and medical history, and ensure accurate records for smooth daily operations.

You will assist with registration and other administrative duties, support daily clinic operations, comply with procedures, and complete mandatory training including BCLS. Vaccination records and confidentiality are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided for the BCLS course.
• Complete vaccination records for Tdap, MMR, Chickenpox and Hepatitis B.
• Minimum education as stated (GCE O/N Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Healthcare).
• Responsible and detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential patient information.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient particulars, documents and medical history.
• Check and ensure the completeness and accuracy of patient records.
• Assist with registration and other administrative duties as required.
• Support daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Complete mandatory training and pass the required assessments.
