Job summary

PeopleSolve in Singapore is seeking a Patient Service Officer (Central) to join a team focused on delivering quality healthcare experiences. You will handle patient enquiries, update records, and assist with appointments.

You will support doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks, collate lab and radiology results, and manage daily billing and account closing in a fast-paced clinic environment.

This role requires flexibility to rotate shifts and a passion for patient service.
