Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent Patient Service Associate to join one of our clinics in Singapore.

You will handle front desk inquiries, cashiering, and provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth clinic operations. Flexibility to cover clinic hours Monday to Saturday, with responsibilities including patient reception, appointment coordination, and collaboration with doctors and supervisors.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinic.
• Experience with Plato software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Patient Service Associate at one of our clinics.
• Handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.
