THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks a Patient Service Associate to join one of our clinics in Singapore.

The role centers on front desk operations, cashiering, and providing essential administrative and logistical support to the clinic team. You will handle customer enquiries, assist doctors and staff, manage scheduling, and perform ad hoc duties as required. Prior clinic experience is valued, and knowledge of Plato software is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinic
• Experience with Plato software is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Patient Service Associate at one of our clinics.
• Handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.
