You will be the first point of contact, handling enquiries and cashiering at front desk, and ensuring smooth patient flow. You will provide administrative and logistical support, coordinate with doctors and staff, and perform ad hoc duties as required. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinic.
• Experience with Plato software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Patient Service Associate at one of our clinics.
• Handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.
