Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Patient Service Associate to join our clinic network in Singapore, handling front desk, customer inquiries and cashiering, and delivering essential admin and logistics support.

The role requires at least 1 year of clinic experience; familiarity with Plato software is a plus. Work involves rotating locations: Parkway East primarily, with occasional Orchard requirements; shifts include Mon-Fri 0830-1700 and Sat 0830-1300; Sundays and PH closed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinic.
• Experience with Plato software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Patient Service Associate at one of our clinics.
• Handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.
