Job summary

National Heart Centre of Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Patient Service Associate for the Call Centre on a temporary basis. You will help patients and the public with phone enquiries and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth operations for the clinic.

In this role, you will liaise with various departments to coordinate patient appointments and provide friendly, efficient service. Fluency in a second language is advantageous to assist non-English speaking patients.

Qualifications

• GCE O'/'N' Level or COS/CBS certificate required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills.
• Fluency in a second language or dialect(s) will be an advantage (to liaise with non-English speaking patients).
