Job summary

Raffles Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our clinics in Singapore. You will support clinic managers, coordinate patient registrations, maintain records, perform assessments, assist in procedures, and provide patient education to ensure a high standard of care.

The role requires meticulous, organized, and flexible professionals who can work weekends or shifts in a dynamic environment. SNB registration is required; shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Meticulous and organised with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and flexible to changes.

Responsibilities

• Work with Clinic Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
• Coordinate and schedule patient registrations, payment collection and maintain patient records.
• Perform patient assessment and clinical intervention in Clinic, assist in medicine dispensary.
• Provide quality nursing care, nursing procedures and treatment to meet patient comfort.
• Record and maintain proper documentation of patient's progress and management.
• Assist doctors and attend to medical/surgical procedures as necessary.
• Provide patient education.
• Competencies in venepuncture, injections, health screening, ECG monitoring and interpretation preferred.
• Undertake other responsibilities as directed by Managers.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with the Clinic Managers of Raffles Medical Clinics to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
• Coordinate and schedule patient registrations, payment collection and maintain patient medical records
• Perform patient assessment and clinical intervention in Clinic, assist in medicine dispensary
• Provide quality nursing care, nursing procedures and treatment to meet the general comfort and well-being of the patients
• Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient's progress and management rendered in the notes, medication records and charts
• Assist doctors and attend to medical/surgical procedures whenever necessary
• Provide patient education
• Competencies in clinical nursing skills and knowledge such as venepuncture for blood sampling, administering injections, health screening, ECG monitoring and interpretation are preferred
• Undertake any other responsibilities as directed by the Managers of Raffles Medical Clinics
