Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is recruiting for a clinic/centre customer service and admin role located near MRT. The position operates on 5.25 or 5.5 work days with rotating shifts and offers a salary up to SGD 2,800 plus AWS and variable bonus.

The role requires handling patient registration, payments, appointments, and basic clinical support, along with maintaining cleanliness and delivering quality service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate Min "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in any field.
• 1–2 years of customer service, retail, cashiering experiences.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to overtime and deployment.

Responsabilités

• Provide good customer services and general administrative duties of the clinic or centre.
• Perform clinical tasks including visual acuity tests, uroflowmetry assisting, venepuncture, ECG, room assisting in doctors' consultation room etc
• Maintain overall cleanliness at the clinic, front counter and reception area.
• Attend to patients at counters for registration, payment and appointment line.
• Provide financial counselling to patients
• Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.
