CAREERNEXUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Patient Services Associate in Singapore to manage patient meal orders, coordinate with the kitchen and dietetics team, and ensure accurate meal service on ward floors.

The role requires a Diploma, 2–5 years of relevant experience in customer service or the service industry, and a must-have Food Hygiene Certificate. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to provide friendly, professional service and address patient inquiries.

Responsibilities

Manage patients' meal orders, meal delivery and tray collection.
Coordinate with kitchen, dietetics team and other departments to ensure accurate meal service.
Follow all procedures and guidelines related to patient meal services.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients in the wards.
Attend to patients' enquiries, complaints and feedback promptly.
Ensure patients' needs and concerns are properly addressed.
Meet the department's service and performance standards.
Attend required training and assist in training new staff.
Guide new staff on customer service procedures and the EMOS system.
Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
