Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring for a temporary role to manage patient meal orders, run diet-related administration, and generate meal summaries and chits. You will handle calls, enquiries and feedback, support meal assembly and plating, and assist with stock, deliveries and general operations.

Requirements include Min. NITEC/Diploma in Food Science or related discipline, WSQ Food Safety Level 1, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Min. NITEC/Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or related discipline preferred.
• Relevant working experience will also be considered.
• Must possess valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage patient meal orders and diet-related administration
• Generate meal summaries and meal chits
• Handle calls, enquiries and feedback

• Manage stock, supplies and deliveries
