Job summary

ISS FACILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring for a hospital food service role in Singapore. The position involves direct patient contact, serving meals according to dietary needs, and ensuring accurate patient details are recorded.

You will use the eMOS system to place orders and maintain ward pantry supplies. The role requires compliance with infection control and PPE protocols, with occasional additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Service oriented – caring, friendly, helpful and positive.
• Able to work in a hospital environment.
• Basic IT knowledge to handle e-system, computer, smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient contact and understand meal options and diets.
• Serve meals promptly and verify diet chit and patient details.
• Submit food service orders for patients via eMOS.“
• Daily upkeep of ward pantry and water jugs.
• Follow infection control, health and safety requirements.
• Adhere to PPE requirements.
• Undertake ad hoc cleaning and other duties as assigned.
