Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages a bonus).

• Work Days: 5 / 5.5 / 6 days, Mon - Sun.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, manage appointments, and respond to enquiries
• Handle cashiering, invoicing, and payment collection
• Prepare instruments and treatment rooms before consultations
• Support podiatrists during patient assessments and treatments
• Maintain patient records, clinic inventory, and cleanliness
• Ensure all equipment is operationally ready
• Perform opening/closing duties and other administrative tasks as needed
