Job summary

East Coast Podiatry Centre Pte Ltd is expanding its Patient Relations team and seeking service-driven, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Clinic Officers. You will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients, from their first enquiry to their final follow-up.

No prior medical experience is required, and we provide structured, hands-on training to equip you with the skills to excel.

Qualifications

• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Positive, proactive attitude and able to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn and accept structured on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, manage appointments, and respond to enquiries.
• Handle cashiering, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Prepare instruments and treatment rooms before consultations.
• Support podiatrists during patient assessments and treatments.
• Maintain patient records, clinic inventory, and cleanliness.
• Ensure all equipment is operationally ready and compliant with standards.
• Perform opening/closing duties and other administrative tasks as needed.
