Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a patient service assistant to greet and register patients, schedule appointments and coordinate referrals. You will be stationed at the Health monitoring station as rostered, assisting with basic measurements such as height, weight and blood pressure.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Healthcare experience will be an advantage but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals.
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service.
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station.
