Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a 6 months temporary Front Office Assistant for a hospital setting located in Novena. The role involves handling patient and visitor inquiries, check-in/check-out, and front desk duties with a focus on delivering excellent patient experience.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, comfortable in a hospital environment, and able to work a 42-hour roster including weekends and public holidays. Shortlisted candidates may be considered for shorter availability.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to assist with carrying patients' luggage and belongings.
• Comfortable working in a hospital environment.
• Able to commit for up to 6 months; candidates with shorter availability may be considered.
• Able to work a rostered 42-hour work week, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient and visitor enquiries, reservations and requests professionally.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle reservation enquiries, provide information on rates and assist with occupancy management.
• Maintain good relationships with patients and visitors, providing assistance over the phone and in person.
• Provide excellent frontline customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Assist patients with carrying luggage and belongings to the wards when required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• Ensure daily front office operations comply with established service and quality standards.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
