Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is hiring for a 1 Year Contract (Convertible) role based in Bukit Merah, Singapore. You will handle inbound calls on hospital bill payments, and perform outbound follow-ups with patients to collect payments.

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls on payment related to hospital bills
• Making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills
• Receivables management
• General customer service duties
• Handle patient enquiries, provide billing information to patients
• Sending statement of accounts

Period:

• 1 Year Contract (Convertible)

Salary:

• Up to $3,000

Working hours:

• Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm

Location:

• Bukit Merah

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal, communication and written skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel)
• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate or equivalent.
