Job summary

CHATERAISE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking Pastry Production Crew members in Singapore. Applicants will be responsible for the preparation and production of various pastries and puddings while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, be able to stand for long hours, and work in cooler environments. Benefits include opportunities to learn from Japanese chefs and potential work trips to Japan.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in pastry production.
• Able to work long hours and in cool environments.
• Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce assorted pastries and puddings.
• Maintain and clean kitchen equipment according to food safety standards.
• Pack and store raw ingredients and finished products appropriately.

Skills

Experience as a pastry chef or central kitchen pastry staff

Team player

Positive attitude and passion for confectionaries
